As we enter the initial phases of adulthood (between 20-40) the bodies of our children are at their peak of maturity even though our height and weight may rise slightly. When we are young the physical capabilities of our bodies are at their best such as the strength of our muscles, our reaction speed, sensory abilities, and heart function.
